The specialty store is located on the mall’s top floor, just outside the food court. The store is owned by Mark Sullivan. The on-site manager is Frank Dimacilli.
The new Orange Julius/Dairy Queen store serves an assortment of Orange Julius products, including the Julius® Premium Fruit Smoothies, freshly-blended smoothies made with real fruit, fruit juice and frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt or sherbet. The current featured Julius Premium Fruit Smoothie is 3-Berry Blast. 3-Berry Blast is an exciting blend of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and non-fat frozen yogurt. Additional menu items include the famous and frothy Julius Original blended fruit drinks. The store also serves a variety of Dairy Queen soft-serve items, including the famous Blizzard® treats, MooLatté® frozen blended coffee drinks and other DQ® soft-serve ice cream treats.
The South Hills Village Mall location features a fresh, exciting design concept incorporating maple woodwork and colorful glass tiles.
Mark Sullivan is anxious to meet his new customers and states, “We are very excited about this store opening. We are happy to be in this location, in this great mall. We’ve got a great group of employees and we are ready to serve this community.”
This is Sullivan’s first Orange Julius/Dairy Queen store, however he also owns two Dairy Queen Brazier® stores and is opening a third Brazier later this year. All of Sullivan’s stores are in the Pittsburgh area.
